Actor Lee Byung-hun's mother expressed her affection for her daughter-in-law, actor Lee Min-jung.

That day, Lee Min-jung learned the recipe for ‘kimchi gimbap’ from her mother-in-law. This kimchi gimbap previously became a hot topic when film director Park Chan-wook appeared on tvN's ‘You Quiz on the Block’ and lavished praise on the taste of Lee Byung-hun's mother's kimchi gimbap.

While Lee was making the gimbap after learning the recipe, the production staff asked her mother-in-law, “Please tell us three things you're proud of about your daughter-in-law.”

Joking, “If you give me a difficult assignment, I am quite troubled,” the mother-in-law soon praised, “She has a wonderful personality.” She went on, “She treats her husband very well,” “She raises the child well and manages the household well,” “There is nothing to criticize,” and added, “So I am very grateful,” continuing her stream of compliments for her daughter-in-law.

Hearing her mother-in-law's praise, Lee Min-jung, looking embarrassed, said, “It's a relief Oppa (Lee Byung-hun) isn't here; if he were, I feel like there would be a lot he would jump in to say,” drawing laughter.

Meanwhile, Lee Min-jung married Lee Byung-hun in 2013, and they have one son and one daughter.
