Comedian Park Mi-sun shared everyday life documenting her chemotherapy. In the video, she still has a bob haircut, but traces of chemotherapy were visible in many places, evoking sympathy.

On the 28th, her YouTube channel ‘I Am Park Mi-sun’ posted a video titled “[Wise Patient Diary-1] Becoming a cancer patient overnight.” In the first round of chemotherapy, Park Mi-sun still appeared with long hair, but clear injection marks remained on her body.

Park Mi-sun candidly explained not only her condition but also the treatment process. She said, “It is called a chemo port. When you receive chemotherapy injections, veins can be eroded,” explaining the reason for inserting the chemo port.

When her daughter asked, “How is your condition today?” Park Mi-sun replied calmly, “I am still okay. My appetite is fine, too. I have not had it yet. This is just the beginning.” The video then showed Park Mi-sun nodding off. During the first round of chemotherapy, drowsiness is known to hit at any time.

On another day, Park Mi-sun visited a small book caf, reading a book and taking a brief break. She updated, “I came to a small book caf. I am looking at books and having tea. It is day three.” When her daughter again asked about her condition, Park Mi-sun answered, “Fortunately, more than I expected, people say many have a hard time after the first chemo injection, but I am quite okay. My hair is not falling out. I even hope I might be fine through the second round.”

She added, “The reason my voice is a bit husky is that my energy has dropped. Even just walking around the neighborhood like this is totally good.”

On day nine of chemotherapy, she spent a relatively lively day, watching a movie, eating bread, and drinking coffee. Park Mi-sun said with a laugh, “I am going to go in and play a game now. Today my condition is the best. That is because 2~3 days before the second round, your condition is at its best. Just when it becomes bearable, I go back in and start dying. My voice has come back, right?”

However, as time went by, her hair seemed to start falling out, and in the video, Park Mi-sun kept trying to cover her forehead. She cautiously said, “The second round of chemotherapy starts on Monday, and if I stumble or get hurt, treatment will not proceed, so I plan to stay home and be careful.”
