At the “2025 MAMA AWARDS” broadcast on the 29th, G-Dragon won the “BEST DANCE PERFORMANCE MALE SOLO” award for “TOO BAD.”
That day, G-Dragon said, “To the citizens of Hong Kong, who are feeling deep sorrow due to the sudden tragic news, as an artist who hopes to be a source of strength to you once again, I prepared an even better performance today, so please look forward to it. I don’t know what words could bring comfort, but let’s all stay strong,” offering his condolences over the Hong Kong tragedy.
Meanwhile, G-Dragon also donated 1 million Hong Kong dollars (188,740,000 KRW) to the ‘Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po (Support Fund for Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po)’ to support the restoration of the site of the Hong Kong apartment fire and the psychological healing of affected Hong Kong citizens.
