82MAJOR’s Yoon Ye-chan showcased a range of charms in his first solo pictorial.
On December 1, through the official website of the fashion magazine ‘Dazed’ (DAZED), the Winter Edition solo pictorial and interview featuring 82MAJOR (82MAJOR, Nam Sung-mo·Park Seok-jun·Yoon Ye-chan·Cho Seong-il·Hwang Seong-bin·Kim Do-gyun) member Yoon Ye-chan were released.
In the published pictorial, Yoon Ye-chan created a look that was minimal yet sporty, exuding a free-spirited appeal. He also flawlessly pulled off diverse styles, spanning both a hip mood and classic fashion.
In the subsequent interview, Yoon Ye-chan looked back on 82MAJOR as the group enters its second year since debut. He explained, “82MAJOR’s music doesn’t restrict each member’s individuality; it is ‘confidence’ itself, pushing forward with conviction.” Regarding the group’s identity as ‘performance-driven idols,’ he said, “The stage is the moment that proves it most clearly,” adding, “It seems fans draw energy from seeing us truly enjoy the stage.”

He also shared his feelings for fans, saying, “‘A trophy’ doesn’t have to be in the shape of an award,” and, “Every time we release music and meet the fans who love it, that feels like another trophy.”
On October 30, 82MAJOR released its fourth mini album ‘Trophy’ (Trophy) and carried out an active comeback with the title track of the same name. With all members participating in writing and composing, showcasing their abilities as ‘self-producing idols,’ the group surpassed 100,000 units in first-week sales with this album, marking a ‘career high.’ Having recently wrapped up domestic promotions, 82MAJOR will expand its global reach by holding its first Japanese fan meeting in Tokyo this December.
