Actor Oh Dong-min said on the 2nd that he has been cast in JTBC ‘Love Me’.

Oh Dong-min will appear in the new JTBC Friday series ‘Love Me’ (director Jo Young-min, writers Park Eun-young and Park Hee-kwon, produced by SLL and How Pictures) as ‘Jeon Hyung-jun’.

The drama ‘Love Me’ tells the story of a perhaps more ordinary family, tender only toward their own lives and a bit selfish, who each begin their own loves and grow.

In ‘Love Me’, Oh plays Jeon Hyung-jun, the college classmate and longtime special friend who has stayed by the side of protagonist Seo Jun-kyung (played by Seo Hyun-jin). Appearing as part of a couple with his wife Bae Su-jin (played by Lee Ji-hye), an obstetrician-gynecologist, he is expected to add warmth to the series.

With his signature naturalistic acting and nuanced expression, Oh is expected to portray the affectionate yet cheerful side of Hyung-jun with ease, heightening immersion. In particular, the longtime-friends chemistry he will show with Seo Jun-kyung is drawing attention as another point of appeal in ‘Love Me’.

Oh is an actor who has built his own color with distinctive naturalistic performances and delicate emotional expression in each project. With solid acting that misses no small detail, he has breathed life into characters and left a deep impression on viewers. In this work as well, his human charm is expected to meet the character ‘Jeon Hyung-jun’ and create another strong presence.

The new JTBC drama ‘Love Me’ starring Oh Dong-min will premiere at 8:50 p.m. on December 19.
