Actor Nana joins the new Genie TV original ‘Climax’, hinting at a striking acting transformation.
Set to air in the first half of next year as a Monday-Tuesday drama on Genie TV and ENA, ‘Climax’ portrays prosecutor Bang Tae-seop (Joo Ji-hoon), who dives into a power cartel to reach the top in South Korea, and the fierce survival of those around him.
Nana portrays Hwang Jeong-won, a figure who moves covertly at the side of Bang Tae-seop and provides him with information. Hwang Jeong-won is a core character who holds the key to revealing the true face of the power cartel, carrying a tightly woven narrative. Taking her place as a central axis that balances the drama, she is expected to complete an intense storyline through delicate expressiveness.
From the films ‘Omniscient Reader Point of View’, ‘Confession’, and ‘Swindler’ to the dramas ‘Player 2: War of Swindlers’, ‘Mask Girl’, ‘Oh! Master’, ‘Justice’, ‘Kill It’, and ‘Good Wife’, Nana has built a solid filmography that crosses genres.
Having proved her acting through a wide range of roles, Nana strengthens the lineup by joining ‘Climax’, heightening expectations for the new character Hwang Jeong-won she will soon unveil.
