An LMS (Learning Management System) education channel built on a Korean platform will begin full-fledged operations in Vietnam.
Choi Jong-sik, CEO of JULIOUSYOND, who has worked in Korea for more than 20 years in the IT field, built an LMS platform in partnership with a domestically recognized LMS platform company, secured the business code for an E-Commerce license from the Vietnamese government for online education in Vietnam, and completed the final verification stage for the E-Website in early November.
In addition, to rapidly disseminate Korean-language educational content, HTV, a well-known Vietnamese broadcaster, decided to proceed with business in a joint-service format for tasks such as marketing and member registration.
In collaboration with HTV, they produced a talk show-style program aimed at enabling an easy and enjoyable structural understanding of the Korean language.
Hosted by HTV No. 1 news anchor Viet Anh, this program features famous Vietnamese entertainers, well-known HTV announcers, and popular Vietnamese child actors learning Korean, studying and discussing the differences between Korean and Vietnamese and the unique characteristics of Korean. It consists of 20 episodes, and all filming was completed at the end of last month.
This educational program will be provided via www.chuongtrinhhanquoc.vn, and member registration and service will take place simultaneously through HTV digital channels (website, Facebook, YouTube).
They are currently conducting API integration and stabilization tests between the LMS channel and VN PAY, a Vietnamese PG company, and have also finalized a partnership with Mobione, a major Vietnamese telecom operator, to provide convenient service guidance for LMS channel member companies.
According to JULIOUSYOND, starting with a pilot service with HTV in December, full-scale service will begin in January 2026, and they expect more than 300,000 members and over 10,000 VIEWER within six months. After the LMS service is stabilized, they plan to expand distribution through collaboration with providers of systematic Korean-language educational content and early English education content.
Choi Jong-sik, who heads 3 IN COMMUNIICATION, a company that produces children education and broadcasting programs, said, “For the production of entertainment programs for Korean and Vietnamese children, we received from the Vietnamese government a TV program platform called ‘Hành Trình Mới Thú Vị’,” and “We collaborated with HTV, a Vietnamese broadcaster, for program production and transmission, and we plan to sign an MOU with a domestic entertainment company to carry out this project.”
Starting in 2026, the LMS channel built on the foundation of a proven Korean LMS platform company is expected to make a significant contribution to the spread of Korean-language education in Vietnam.
