On the broadcast, Yoo Jae-suk said, “Even five years as a trainee is not easy, three years is not easy either, but seven years as a trainee is really hard to endure. Annie replied, “I thought it would happen someday. The youngest member, Woochan, also testified to the sincerity of Annie. He said, “Annie is more sincere than anyone about music and the stage. When you prepare for a long time, you can easily become complacent, but what is good about all of our members is that we always keep striving without end.” He added, “She thinks on her own about how to make this performance better and how to make this song. That proactive attitude fits well with the ‘freedom that is not confined to a mold’ that our team aims for.”

Meanwhile, Annie previously revealed that she faced opposition from Shinsegae Chairwoman Jung Yoo-kyung regarding idol activities before debut. She mentioned this episode on the official YouTube channel of All Day Project.

Regarding the suggestion from Chairwoman Jung Yoo-kyung, ‘If you get accepted to university, I will help persuade the family,’ she said, “From then on, I gave up sleep and worked really hard on entrance exam preparation. I eventually got accepted to university, and my mom said she had not thought I would actually make it. She was surprised, asking when I had time to study when I was at the practice room every day.”
