‘Meokboss’ Hyun Joo-yeop is coming back.
On the 5th, the YouTube channel ‘Meokboss Jjuyeobi’ said, “We first offer our deepest apologies for having temporarily suspended the channel,” and added, “We sincerely thank the subscribers who waited for ‘Meokboss Jjuyeobi’ during this time.”
It continued, “Thanks to the many people who supported Hyun Joo-yeop and waited a long time for new video uploads, we plan to restart the ‘Meokboss Jjuyeobi’ channel.”
The production team said, “We once again thank everyone who waited, and we will repay you with tastier and more enjoyable videos going forward.”
Along with this, they released a video showing Hyun Joo-yeop visiting an eobokjaengban restaurant and doing a mukbang. The production team said the video had already been filmed last year.
This marks the first video upload by Hyun Joo-yeop in about a year. In March last year, when he was coach of the Whimun High School basketball team, Hyun Joo-yeop became embroiled in allegations including neglect of duty due to outside engagements such as broadcast filming. He fully denied these allegations.
His mukbang adventures appear likely to continue. On the same day, the channel production team additionally uploaded a video of Hyun Joo-yeop visiting Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This video was also filmed last year.
