Amid the ‘injection auntie’ controversy surrounding comedian Park Na-rae, the fallout has reached Key of SHINee, and voices demanding an explanation are growing louder.
Recently, centered on online communities, suspicions involving Key of SHINee and the ‘injection auntie’ have surfaced. Earlier, reports alleged that A, known as the ‘injection auntie’, without a medical license, supplied antidepressants and administered IV drips to Park Na-rae through illegal channels, and immediately afterward another suspicion arose online. It was that images presumed to show the pet dog of Key of SHINee were found in the past Instagram posts of A.
Within communities, a video by A featuring a brown poodle was flagged as problematic. Claims followed that the breed and name of the dog in the video matched Key’s pet dog ‘Kkomde’, and that the living room layout and interior seen in the footage closely resembled the inside of the home that Key revealed on a variety show. The phrases by A “Garcon does not do that, so why do you?” and “Kkomde~ it has been over 10 years, why are you still glaring?” also exactly matched the pet dog names that Key has made public.

Some have raised suspicions that A has had long-standing personal exchanges with Key, and comments demanding answers are pouring into the recent social media posts of Key, such as “Please clarify the Kkomde photo on the injection auntie Instagram” and “Being busy with schedules can happen, but please issue a statement quickly.” A has deleted all posts since the controversy.
Regarding this, Sports Kyunghyang attempted to contact the agency of Key, SM Entertainment, but has not received any particular response so far. As the suspicions grow, a statement from the agency appears unavoidable.
Meanwhile, on the 4th, news broke that Park Na-rae was hit with a provisional attachment application on real estate by former managers of her agency, sparking a stir. On top of this, allegations that Park Na-rae received illegal medical procedures from the ‘injection auntie’ further amplified the controversy, and ultimately Park Na-rae announced a halt to activities and temporarily stepped down from all programs in which she was appearing.
