In episode 9 of the full-on real curbside eating mukcumentary ‘Jeon Hyun-moo Plan 3’ (co-produced by MBN·Channel S·SK Broadband), airing on the 12th (Fri) at 9:10 p.m., Jeon Hyun-moo and KwakTube (Kwak Jun-bin) head to Hongcheon&Inje in Gangwon Province for a ‘must-visit eateries you discover while traveling’ special, where ‘food buddy’ Gabi joins and is instantly captivated by a roughly grilled ‘mackerel tofu steak’.
That day, the moment she appears, Gabi seizes the mood with ‘high tension’, and seeing this, KwakTube laughs, saying, “Got paid today, huh~”. When Jeon Hyun-moo asks, “I hear you two are besties?”, Gabi answers right away, “KwakTube is one of my few male friends!”. With true-friend back-and-forth popping from the start, the three head to a restaurant with the feel of a guesthouse. There, they encounter a ‘mackerel tofu steak’ roughly set on a cast-iron pan, sending their eyes wide. Jeon Hyun-moo keeps marveling, saying, “What is this? I really think this might be the only place in Korea that has it. The most unusual dish in ‘Jeon Hyun-moo Plan’!”.
As they continue a happy mukbang with a ‘special’ mackerel tofu steak full of rustic home vibes and even fermented bean-pulp stew, Jeon Hyun-moo tosses a ‘main-job question’: “Hasn’t (the dance crew led by Gabi) Lachica created nearly all K-pop choreography?”. Gabi replies, “We made a lot. I also took part in IVE ‘I AM’ and ‘LOVE DIVE’”, sharing the secret to the hits. She goes on, “I hear there is a ‘Jeon Hyun-moo Plan’ logo song, I will choreograph it right now”, then shocks the scene by saying “All done” in just 3 minutes. KwakTube exclaims, “Were you this talented?”, and Jeon Hyun-moo jokes, “We will think we are IVE…”. Gabi fires back, “You will have to give me something on par with IVE~”, revealing her ‘true colors when the money hits’ and causing an eruption of laughter.
