Singer-actor Do Kyung-soo expressed regret that he will not be able to attend close friend Kim Woo-bin’s wedding.

In an interview with Sports Kyunghyang held at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 11th, Do Kyung-soo mentioned Kim Woo-bin’s wedding and said, “When I said I couldn’t go, Woo-bin was very disappointed. I’m very disappointed too.”

Kim Woo-bin will hold his wedding with Shin Min-a on the 20th after 10 years of dating. Do Kyung-soo will be absent from the ceremony because it overlaps with the ‘2025 MMA’ schedule. Regarding this, Do Kyung-soo confided, “I heard the wedding news before the performance and was even supposed to sing a congratulatory song, so it’s such a shame. I understand because EXO comes first, but I can’t help feeling disappointed.”

He continued, “It’s been finalized that I can’t go, and I’ve been excluded. I won’t be given any information about the wedding. I tried to go somehow, but the concert is at Gocheok Dome, and the wedding venue is a bit far from Gocheok Dome. The time is in the evening, so when the wedding is taking place, I’ll be on stage. There was simply no way to coordinate it,” expressing genuine regret.

He apologized to Kim Woo-bin, saying, “I want to say I’m sorry. And I want to say I’ll do everything you ask. Whatever you want, I’ll do it.”

Meanwhile, Do Kyung-soo met viewers through the Disney+ original ‘Jogakdosi’, which was fully released on the 3rd. ‘Jogakdosi’ is an action drama in which ‘Tae-jung’ (Ji Chang-wook), who had been living an ordinary life, is one day unfairly caught up in a heinous crime and sent to prison, and upon learning that everything was orchestrated by ‘Johan’ (Do Kyung-soo), sets out for revenge.
