Pani Bottle of ‘Kkosunnae Taxi’ has completed his final taxi run.
The YouTube channel Palpal Video’s ‘Kkosunnae Taxi’, where travel creator Pani Bottle served as the sole MC and taxi driver, has wrapped up Season 1. Combining a ride service for pet guardians and their animals with conversation, the healing variety talk show delivered fresh laughs and touching moments in every episode through diverse stories.
In Episode 7, released on the 10th, ‘Chungju Man’, a Chungju City civil servant and YouTuber, boarded with the companion bot T650. As it was the Season 1 finale, Pani Bottle and Chungju Man headed to a companion animal culture center with the special guest bot to volunteer for stray dogs.
Pani Bottle and Chungju Man kept the stories coming. From filming Chungju content, where they first met, to talk about Chungz’s Drowing, their best-ever banter brought the fun. Chungju Man not only promoted the pet-only hotel ‘Kensington Resort’ in Chungju but also raised the energy by sharing plans for his pledge to retire at 1 million subscribers.
They also exchanged serious thoughts about companion animals. Pani Bottle revealed that he had considered adopting an animal with his girlfriend, but through ‘Kkosunnae Taxi’ decided not to adopt. Seeing the dedication and sacrifice of the pet guardians who came on ‘Kkosunnae Taxi’, he realized once again that “you shouldn’t bring one home on a whim.” He also reminisced about the adorable animals they had met and shared how satisfied he felt with the shoot.
Pani Bottle added that he chose ‘Kkosunnae Taxi’ because he thought “as more people live with pets, it would be great if things like insurance systems and laws on stray animals improved significantly.” He also expressed his sincerity and sense of responsibility toward ‘Kkosunnae Taxi’, saying he would be delighted “if it could help, even a little, to improve awareness of pet culture.” After arriving at their destination, Pani Bottle and Chungju Man trained and groomed the dogs together, bringing an even warmer close to ‘Kkosunnae Taxi’.
Not only did ‘Kkosunnae Taxi’ resonate with pet guardians, it also established itself as a new healing variety show by broadening understanding of companion animals through useful information. Pani Bottle’s easygoing communication and sincerity added warmth to the show’s uniquely gentle vibe. Viewers, too, expressed deep regret at the final video of Season 1.
