As actor Byun Yo-han (39) and Tiffany Young (36) of Girls' Generation are dating with marriage in mind, reactions online saying “There had already been signs” are piling up.
On the 13th, TEAMHOPE, the agency representing Byun Yo-han, stated in an official position that “Byun Yo-han and Tiffany Young are currently dating with marriage in mind” and that “there is no specific date set.”
Their connection is known to have begun through the Disney+ original series ‘Uncle Samsik’, which was released last year.
Along with the official acknowledgment of their relationship, online communities and social media have followed with the reaction that it was “a relationship that was practically foretold.” Some internet users have claimed that circumstances warranting suspicion about the two dating had been spotted as early as last May.

After photos were released of the two wearing hats of the same brand and design, suspicions of ‘couple items’ were raised. In addition, speculation continued about the rings they often wore on their ring fingers, whether in private or at official events, with comments such as “Are they couple rings?”
At the time, the suspicions did not become a major topic, but once the fact that they are dating with marriage in mind became known, those circumstances were recalled, and reactions such as “Was what people were talking about then actually true?”, “Now that I look at it, it seems real,” and “At this level, they were basically giving it away” have been spreading.

This news is also drawing considerable attention among Girls' Generation fans. If Tiffany Young ties the knot, she is highly likely to become the first married member of Girls' Generation. As many had expected Sooyoung and actor Jung Kyung-ho, who have been publicly dating for a long time, to marry first, some are calling it “an unexpected order.”
Byun Yo-han debuted in the 2011 short film ‘Saturday Work’, built his acting skills by appearing in more than 30 independent and short films, and gained public recognition through the tvN drama ‘Misaeng’. Since then, he has shown a wide spectrum in various works such as ‘Socialphobia’, ‘Will You Be There’, and ‘Mr. Sunshine’.
Tiffany Young debuted in 2007 as a member of Girls' Generation and was loved for numerous hit songs such as ‘Gee’, ‘Tell Me Your Wish’, and ‘I GOT A BOY’. She has since steadily expanded her scope as an actor through the drama ‘The Youngest Son of a Chaebol Family’ and the musical ‘Chicago’.
Attention is focused on whether the relationship the two had been quietly maintaining will lead to the fruition of marriage.
