Cherry Filter, the pride of Korean rock, will hold a solo concert ‘Cherry New Year’ at YES24 Live Hall on February 1, 2026.

Recently, Cherry Filter has been sweeping the ‘Sound Planet Festival’ and various university festivals, enjoying a ‘second heyday’. Their 2000s classics have sparked mass sing-alongs among Generation Z, reaffirming their status as a cross-generational ‘performance powerhouse’. The trendy sensibilities and seasoned stage manners they have shown through bold collaborations with younger artists are expected to peak at this solo concert.

Cherry Filter’s ‘Cherry New Year’ will showcase sound design that pushes the acoustic characteristics of the venue, YES24 Live Hall, to their limits. Building on their solid musicianship with an expanded band lineup, they plan to deliver a live performance that devours the recordings and adds imposing three-dimensionality.

A ‘raw rock sound’ is foretold, with bass and drums that strike straight at the audience’s hearts and Jo Yoo-jin’s roof-piercing vocals. It promises unforgettable catharsis not only for fans but also for listeners who want to blow away everyday stress.

Cherry Filter leader Jung Woo-jin said, “The time up to now wasn’t a break for us, but a period of condensing energy. We’ve packed the setlist so that the members and the audience can go crazy and jump around together on stage, and everyone who comes should be ready for burning soles and hoarse throats.
