tvN ‘You Quiz on the Block’

Actor Kim Seol reveals her study secrets.

On the 16th, the production team of tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’ posted on its official social media (SNS), saying, “From ‘Reply 1988’s adorable Jinju’ to ‘Ayla,’ Kim Seol has become a national actor in Trkiye,” and released a preview video for that day’s (the 16th) broadcast.

In the episode, actor Kim Seol appears as a guest to share what she has been up to. Yoo Jae-suk asked Kim Seol, “It became a hot topic that you recently completed a gifted education program. Your older brother also attended a gifted education centerdo you have any special study methods?”

Kim Seol replied, “First, for memorization-heavy subjects, I would walk around the classroom in circles and recite the material as if keeping a rhythm. When I was studying China’s Sui dynasty…” revealing her own study techniques.

Kim Seol’s older brother, Kim Gyeom, also appeared and said, “Math and science are about fundamental principles. It’s not about simply doing some calculations or looking at it that way…” further piquing curiosity.

Through the post, the ‘You Quiz’ team added, “Kim Gyeom, a math and science prodigy and the student body president at a science high school. Kim Seol, a prodigy in invention and creativity. What is the secret of the siblings who completed the gifted education program side by side?”

tvN’s ‘You Quiz on the Block’ featuring siblings Kim Seol and Kim Gyeom airs on the 16th at 8:45 p.m.

Meanwhile, Kim Seol received much love for her role as Jinju in the 2015 tvN drama ‘Reply 1988’. Then, ten years later, in November of last year, it became known that she completed a gifted education program at the age of 14, drawing attention.
