Kim Sae-ron’s posthumous work ‘We, Every Day’ has confirmed a February release.

On the 30th, the team behind the film ‘We, Every Day’ shared the news and unveiled a poster. ‘We, Every Day’ is a rollicking youth romance set at seventeen, sparked by a childhood friend’s sudden confession.

This film marks actor Lee Chae-min’s big-screen debut and first leading role; he delivered an impressive performance in the tvN drama ‘The Tyrant’s Chef.’ Lee Chae-min will portray ‘Oh Hosu,’ a high school student who falls into his first love, showcasing a different charm from the tyrant Lee Heon he played previously.

The late Kim Sae-ron, who passed away earlier this year, plays ‘Han Yeoul,’ a high school girl thrown into confusion by her childhood friend’s sudden confession. Having built a solid filmography since childhood and connected with audiences, Kim Sae-ron was loved for her bright smile and striking acting.

In addition to Lee Chae-min and Kim Sae-ron, the cast features Choi Yuju, formerly of the girl group Cherry Bullet and active across various dramas, and Ryu Ui-hyun, who began as a child actor and drew a teen and twenty-something fandom through the web drama ‘A-Teen.’ With Chungmuro rookies assembling, the film is said to depict a fresh romance possible only in youth, raising expectations.

The teaser poster released alongside the release confirmation captures ‘Hosu’ and ‘Yeoul’ sharing an umbrella amid a steady rainfall. Hosu’s earnest-looking face, paired with the copy line “Does first love really never come true?”, candidly conveys the confusion of a seventeen-year-old boy experiencing the new emotion of first love.
