K-pop’s leading choreographer Lia Kim posted wedding photos taken with fellow choreographer Choi Young-jun on social media, sending the internet into an uproar.
On the 3rd, Lia Kim uploaded several photos of herself in a wedding dress to her Instagram. Next to her, choreographer Choi Young-jun appears in a tuxedo, adding to the surprise.

Lia Kim added the caption ‘2016.1.24’ to the photos. Netizens reacted with surprise, saying things like “What????” “?????” “Oh my????”. Some also responded to the sudden wedding photos by saying, “I do love both of them, but I am taken aback”.
Some fans suggested the wedding photos might be concept images rather than actual wedding pictures. Some commenters also wrote, “It is the date of the Choreo Awards ceremony...” and “Everyone got fooled.” It has not yet been confirmed whether this is an actual marriage announcement or a concept for an event.

Choi Young-jun is a director at 1MILLION Dance Studio and likewise a leading K-pop choreographer. He is well known to the public as a choreography trainer for Mnet’s “Produce” series. Among K-pop fans, he is known for choreographing for SEVENTEEN, BTS, TWICE, Wanna One, Shinhwa, and many other artists.
