At 8:40 p.m. on the 8th, a cypher video for the new track by Zico and Crush, ‘Yin and Yang’ (In and Yang), was posted on Mnet’s official YouTube channel. Shot in black and white, the two musicians’ free-spirited vibe and intense charisma stand out. Rapping that boasts flawless control of dynamics and a performance staged with dozens of dancers command attention.

‘Yin and Yang’ is a song co-created by Zico and Crush, who formed a producer team on Mnet ‘Show Me the Money 12’, with their individual styles blending harmoniously. The lyrics express a mindset of not losing a relaxed attitude even amid a harsh reality, as light and darkness intersect. As short, punchy words like “Burn Lights / Dark Side / We got the Yin and Yang” follow one after another, it creates a freestyle-rap vibe. A powerful beat, weighty rap, and smooth vocal tone enhance the listening experience.

Expectations are also focused on what Zico will showcase on ‘Show Me the Money 12’.
