Actor Pyo Ye-jin sent praise to fellow actors who appeared as villains, including Jang Na-ra, who made a special appearance in ‘Taxi Driver 3’.
In an interview with Sports Kyunghyang conducted on the 7th at a cafe in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Pyo Ye-jin spoke about the leads and special-appearance actors of the SBS Friday-Saturday drama ‘Taxi Driver 3’.
In particular, regarding Jang Na-ra, who left a strong impression as the head of an unscrupulous entertainment agency, ‘Kang Ju-ri’, she shared her thoughts: “I was so grateful that she decided to take on a challenging role and appear. I never doubted her acting ability, but it was a pity that we did not get to meet on set.”

She continued, “On the day of the broadcast, I went to her home and, while eating tteokbokki, watched the live airing, and she was trembling as she watched (her own villain performance),” adding, “We watched together as I praised her for acting so well. I knew she would do well, but those chilling expressions of a warped person were truly frightening.”
Pyo Ye-jin also gave a thumbs-up to the villains who lit up this season beyond Jang Na-ra. She marveled, “The villains in every episode did so well that I was really surprised while watching,” and said, “It is hard to single out just one.”
She also shared specific impressions of the actors she encountered on set. Pyo Ye-jin explained, “When I saw actor Yoon Shi-yoon on set, the atmosphere he gave off was so chilling that it suited the role perfectly. Actor Kim Sung-kyu also had great chemistry among the villains, and he felt like someone who could plausibly exist in real life, so I watched with deep immersion.”
Lastly, she said, “I did wonder whether it was okay to admire the villains this much, but the performances by the actors were truly excellent,” revealing her affection for the project.
Meanwhile, ‘Taxi Driver 3’, which ended on the 10th, is a private revenge-for-hire drama that portrays the exploits of ‘Rainbow Transport’, which completes revenge on behalf of wronged victims.
