Daniel, formerly of NewJeans, will engage directly with fans for the first time since ending his contract with his agency ADOR.

On the 12th, the representative for Daniel at law firm HwaWoo (LLC) stated, “Daniel will conduct a ‘live message’ via his personal Instagram at 7 p.m. today”. However, regarding this live, it was emphasized that it is “entirely unrelated to the ongoing lawsuit and is purely for communication with fans”.

Daniel posted on his personal Instagram an image bearing the phrase “for those who watied 12 Jan. 7pm(for those who waited, January 12, 7 p.m.)” to announce the date and time of the live. His side said that during this live he plans to share a modest yet candid update, personally check in with fans, and express gratitude.

On the 11th, the username believed by netizens to be the personal Instagram account of Daniel was revealed, drawing attention. At the time of its creation, the following list of the account contained only one person, Olivia Marsh, and because the two accounts followed each other, this raised the possibility that it belonged to Daniel. It was later confirmed that the account was indeed the personal social media of Daniel, proving the speculation true.
