KBS2 ‘The Return of Superman’

On ‘The Return of Superman’, the meeting between heartthrob Haru and first-generation heartthrob Kim Jae-joong comes to fruition, drawing attention.

The 604th episode of KBS2’s ‘The Return of Superman’ (hereafter ‘Superman’), airing on the 14th, is the ‘Birth of Visual Twins’ installment, with MCs Kim Jong-min and Lala joining. In this broadcast, Haru spends an enjoyable time with Kim Jae-joong, dad Shim Hyung-tak’s close friend.

Meanwhile, Haru wears a flower crown and shows off angelic visuals that make hearts flutter. To welcome Kim Jae-joong, famous since his debut for his flower-boy looks, dad Shim Hyung-tak prepared a flower crown. Wearing it and flashing a bright smile, Haru draws attention with an angel-baby look.

Upon seeing Haru in person for the first time, Kim Jae-joong especially exclaims, “Ah, so pretty,” and, “I’d believe it if you said she’s a daughter.” Unable to take his eyes off Haru’s adorable appearance, Kim Jae-joong predicts, “Haru has the face of a global star,” and, as a global idol of 23 years, he foretells Haru’s future.

Meanwhile, Kim Jae-joong says, “I have fourteen nieces and nephews, so I’m confident in childcare,” revealing his parenting-prodigy side. For Haru’s sweet sleep, he even makes his own debut as a lullaby singer, and he cradles Haru in his arms and skillfully feeds formula, displaying the dignity of a ‘childcare expert’.

He then sets out to win Haru’s heart with cooking skills proven on variety shows. Haru’s eyes reportedly light up at the ‘Kim Jae-joong-style noodles’ specially prepared for him that day. After tasting a bite, Haru launches into a nonstop, one-go noodle eating spree, making Kim Jae-joong proud, according to reports.
