Broadcaster Yoon Hye-jin shared an update on her husband, actor Uhm Tae-woong.

In the photo, Uhm Tae-woong and his family hold hands together as a trio with the sea in the background. Uhm Tae-woong is seen smiling brightly for the first time in a while.

In January 2016, Uhm Tae-woong was sued on suspicion of raping a massage parlor employee, identified as A. A police investigation found that A, in collusion with the parlor owner, B, sought to extort a settlement from Uhm, and he was cleared of the charge. However, Uhm was fined $750 (1,000,000 KRW) for engaging in prostitution at the massage parlor.

Uhm said, “I will live reflecting on my wrongdoing,” took a period of self-reflection, and returned to the entertainment industry last September with the release of the film ‘Last Assignment’.
