Singer Lee Seok-hoon marked his 10th wedding anniversary by putting warm giving into practice with a donation made together with his family.
On the 19th, his agency C9 Entertainment stated, “To mark his 10th wedding anniversary, Lee Seok-hoon donated $7,500 (10,000,000 KRW) together with his family to help low-income pediatric patients receiving treatment at Konkuk University Medical Center recover their health.”
On January 17, his 10th wedding anniversary, he shared on his personal social media, “Wishing to give back even a little of the love I have received so far, we made a small donation in our family name for low-income pediatric patients. I hope the little ones, who deserve love unconditionally, will carry more smiles than pain and more love than worry as they grow up healthy.”
He added, “It may be a small gesture, but I hope it can offer even a little strength to someone’s day, and I will continue to share my heart going forward.”
Grounded in deep affection for his family, Lee Seok-hoon has consistently shown warm concern and sharing toward children. To commemorate his son’s 100th day, he donated the entire proceeds from his self-composed song ‘It Was You’ to pediatric patients, and he turned ‘It Was You’ into a lyric picture book for official publication, offering empathy and moving readers and fans with this meaningful step.
During the COVID-19 period, he spread positive influence by donating masks through Green Umbrella ChildFund Korea. He has also supported infant care facilities with baby products, joined a talent-donation campaign reading fairy tales to children with limited access to books, and participated in a national children’s song production project commemorating the 100th Children’s Day, delivering practical help. In the new year, he once again shared warmth through a good deed carried out with his family to mark their wedding anniversary.
Last year, Lee Seok-hoon released his fifth mini album ‘Anew, Purpose’ and successfully held the small-theater concert ‘Purpose: Anew, Purpose’. He is currently appearing in the musical ‘Moulin Rouge!’ as Christian, demonstrating solid vocals and delicate expressiveness as a musical actor. He plans to meet the public this year as well through a wide range of activities.
