Chef Son Jong-won revealed his ideal type.

To the question about his ideal type, Son Jong-won answered, “I feel a strong attraction to someone who is gentle and polite. And I like someone with a beautiful smile.”

When asked whether he searches his own name on the internet, he candidly shared, “I used to, but these days the search volume is so high that I cannot keep up, so I do not.”

Asked whether he had tried the recently buzzworthy food ‘Dubai Chewy Cookie’, he replied, “I tried it two days ago,” and added, “There are times when I think, ‘Do I really need to?’ about trending foods, but with ‘Dujjonku’ I changed my mind after trying it. It was delicious,” drawing laughs.

To the question about the most memorable guest, he answered, “What comes to mind right now is that a guest who had COVID-19 said, ‘(after eating the food) the lost sense of taste came back,’ which I found amusing, so it remains memorable.”

Lastly, regarding plans to launch a personal YouTube channel, he drew a line with “none.” He added, “Even if I made one, I would not know what to do, and since I am not good at talking, it would probably not be fun.”
