Singer Som Hye-bin (legal name Song Hye-in) will marry singer Kim Ye-hoon, who is two years younger, on February 21.

Recently, Som Hye-bin wrote on her social media, “I am getting married,” adding, “I have met the one person I will spend my life with.”

Her groom-to-be is fellow singer Kim Ye-hoon, two years her junior. Speaking about Kim, she expressed her affection, saying, “He lives with the same faith as I do, genuinely cherishes me, and with a consistently sincere heart brings me warmth and peace, a lovable person with a cozy scent.” She added, “With Ye-hoon, we have come to build a faith-based home that lifts each other up, in love, on a day in February.”

Som Hye-bin added, “Going forward, I will strive to deliver a positive influence to the world as an artist resembling peace through music and painting. I will live romantically and well.”

Born in 1996, Som Hye-bin became known to the public by appearing on Mnet's audition program ‘Idol School’ in 2017. On July 31, 2019, she hinted at a same-sex partner by posting on social media, “In fact, I have a very pretty girlfriend,” and later on August 12 declared on Instagram Stories, “Yes, this is a coming out. I am in a same-sex relationship. I am bisexual,” which sparked a stir.

She also explained the reason for her coming out as “not to draw attention, but ‘because I did not want to hide.’” With her announcement that she will marry a person of the opposite sex, she is drawing attention from netizens.
