Comedian Yoon Taek stated his position on the ‘staging allegations’.
On actor Ji Dae-han’s YouTube channel ‘Byeongjin Hyung’, a video titled ‘I Am a Natural Person is all fake’ was posted on the 2nd. In the video, Ji began, “When I said I was going to meet Yoon Taek, my son told me to make sure to ask whether ‘I Am a Natural Person’ is 100% real.” Comedian Kim Hyung-in, who appeared together, chimed in, saying, “I was curious too.”
To this, Yoon Taek said, “I will tell you the 100% truth,” and began speaking with a serious expression.
“If you go to a remote mountain area in Gangwon Province, there is a ‘Natural Person Academy.’ People receive training there and are cultivated as natural persons,” he said, setting the mood. He added, “If someone who wants to become a natural person sends a secret letter to the production team, they receive a reply that says, ‘We will invite you to appear as the guest for a certain episode.’”
He then mentioned a specific figure: “The academy completion fee is 3 million won per month,” i.e., $2,250 (3,000,000 KRW).

At the highly plausible explanation, Kim Hyung-in was startled and asked, “Is it okay to air this on TV?”, and Yoon Taek immediately said, “It is a lie!”, turning the scene into a sea of laughter.
Meanwhile, ‘I Am a Natural Person’ is MBN’s long-running variety program that has continued since its first broadcast in 2012. It airs every Wednesday at 9:10 p.m.
