Actor Park Jung-min spoke candidly about his friendship with singer Hwasa.

On the 3rd, on YouTube ‘Chungju City’, Chungju Man and Park Jung-min had a relaxed conversation. That day, Park Jung-min mentioned his joint stage with Hwasa that drew attention. When he joked that, between being a good actor and a handsome actor, “these days I am leaning toward the handsome (actor) side,” Chungju Man replied, “Is that because of your stage with Ms. Hwasa?” drawing laughter.

Chungju Man also asked about the so-called ‘melodramatic gaze of looking tenderly at Hwasa’ that went viral online. Park Jung-min explained, “I did not know I was being filmed in that shot,” and added, “I only looked because I thought, ‘Ah, she is barefoot.’ I thought, ‘Her feet must be cold.’” He added that the stage was the second time they had met after filming the music video with Hwasa.

Later, when Chungju Man asked, “With the stage doing well and the song revenue also doing well, did Ms. Hwasa not contact you?” Park Jung-min laughed and said, “Ms. Hwasa finds me intimidating.” When Chungju Man joked, “Is it because she is afraid you will ask her to buy meat?” Park Jung-min retorted, “Is she doing that on purpose?”

Previously, Park Jung-min joined Hwasa on stage for the celebratory performance of the new song ‘Good Goodbye’ at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards, held last year at KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul. His fluttering gaze at Hwasa and couple-like actions on stage became a hot topic, and online there was a period of so-called ‘Park Jung-min fever.’

Meanwhile, Park Jung-min is set to meet audiences through the film ‘Humint’, which opens on the 11th.
