Daybreak (Lee Won-seok, Kim Seon-il, Kim Jang-won, Jeong Yu-jong) will release OST Part.1 ‘Shine On Me’ for the tvN Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘I Will Give You the Universe’ (directed by Lee Hyeon-seok·Jeong Yeo-jin, written by Su-jin·Shin I-hyeon, planned by Studio Dragon, produced by Scene & Studio Co., Ltd.) at 6 p.m. today (the 5th) through various music platforms.

Premiered on the 4th, ‘I Will Give You the Universe’ portrays the story of prospective in-laws Seon Tae-hyeong (played by Bae In-hyeok) and Woo Hyeon-jin (played by No Jeong-ui), who, after losing an older brother and older sister in an unexpected accident, become guardians of their 20-month-old nephew ‘Uju’ and begin an unplanned cohabitation and co-parenting.

Sung by Daybreak, ‘Shine On Me’ is a Pop-Rock track that captures romantic moments of youth with a bright, lively band sound, blending a fresh disco rhythm and a clear melody. It gently follows the emotional arcs of the characters and will naturally deliver a sense of excitement and warmth in daily life to listeners.

In particular, this OST was completed with participation by Lee Jun-hwa, a long-time collaborator of drama music director Gaemi, and Daybreak members, including vocalist Lee Won-seok, took part in the performance themselves, adding their signature bright and refreshing energy.

Having steadily contributed to drama and variety OSTs such as tvN ‘Typhoon Company’ and JTBC ‘The Greatest Baseball,’ Daybreak is expected, through ‘Shine On Me,’ to further amplify the romantic atmosphere of the drama with the warm and vibrant sound unique to Daybreak.
