Kang Seok-hwa, a member of WEi, has launched his solo web variety show ‘Mangwanbu’.

In the YouTube web variety show ‘Mangwanbu’, which premiered on the 4th, Kang Seok-hwa explored various areas and served as a ‘small-but-certain-happiness guide’.

‘Mangwanbu’ is short for ‘Please Give Attention for 10,000 Won’ and is a ‘great value for money’ reality show tailored to an era of high prices, aligning with the YONO (You Only Need One) trend that aims to reduce unnecessary spending and seek one definite satisfaction. It follows a format in which Kang Seok-hwa tries out and introduces activities and foods you can enjoy for 10,000 won or less.

In the first episode, Kang Seok-hwa visited Gwangjang Market in Jongno-gu, Seoul. He actively sought interviewees to share useful tips with viewers. In particular, he calmly led the interviews and showed lively back-and-forth chemistry with locals, delivering positive energy to those watching.

That day, Kang Seok-hwa recommended bindaetteok and twisted donuts as foods you can enjoy for 10,000 won or less, saying, “It would feel romantic to eat with friends.” He also added fun by trying K-beauty experiences, such as having his personal colors analyzed. Kang Seok-hwa said, “There seem to be more things you can do with 10,000 won than you might think,” and urged, “Please give your 10,000-won attention as well.”
