An unfamiliar flutter finds Kim Hye-yoon in ‘Starting Today, I Am Human, But’.
On the 5th, ahead of episode 7, the team behind the SBS Friday-Saturday drama ‘Starting Today, I Am Human, But’ (written by Park Chan-young·Jo Ah-young, directed by Kim Jung-kwon, planned by Studio S, produced by Binge Works·MOGEFILM) captured the subtle pink-hued mood between Eun-ho (played by Kim Hye-yoon) and Kang Si-yeol (played by Lomon).
In the previous episode, Pal Mi-ho (played by Lee Si-woo) proposed a way for everyone to return to their proper places: after he becomes a gumiho, he would swap fate with Eun-ho, and once Eun-ho regains her spiritual power, she would restore the fate of Kang Si-yeol. It was a method that could also fulfill the wish of Pal Mi-ho, who longs to become human. In the end, even Eun-ho, who had flatly opposed it as she recalled ‘Geumho’, changed her mind to follow the intention of Pal Mi-ho and launched a good-deed stacking project on his behalf.
Meanwhile, an unusual current runs between Eun-ho and Kang Si-yeol in the newly released photos. In particular, soot smeared here and there on their clothes and faces draws the eye. Earlier, the two rushed into an orphanage fire they happened to witness to save the children, and Kang Si-yeol was shown getting into danger while trying to rescue Eun-ho, who was trapped in the flames. Fortunately, Kang Si-yeol appeared safe, and Eun-ho ran to him and threw herself into his arms with tears of worry and relief, moving those who watched.
Attention now turns to the change in Eun-ho toward Kang Si-yeol since that day. To shield her from a bicycle speeding along the street, Kang Si-yeol naturally pulls Eun-ho close to his body. In an ultra-close moment, near enough to hear the other breathing, whether it is surprise or a flutter, the wide-eyed Eun-ho betrays an irrepressible tremble. Unaware of her feelings, Kang Si-yeol reaches out a gentle hand to pluck a fallen leaf from her hair, and Eun-ho freezes once more.
Curiosity mounts over what changes will come to their relationship from the feeling of flutter that Eun-ho, the born-single MZ gumiho who used to shout ‘Good deeds far away, men even farther!’, has felt for the first time after becoming human. Even greater attention is drawn to the full-fledged development of romance between Eun-ho and Kang Si-yeol.
The production team of ‘Starting Today, I Am Human, But’ said, “In episode 7, which airs on the 6th (Fri), the ‘fan-conversion denial phase(?)’ of Eun-ho toward Kang Si-yeol begins. Watching the cute and lovable changes of ‘human woman’ Eun-ho, who had no interest in men or dating and knew nothing of shyness or coyness, will make you smile without realizing it.”
Episode 7 of the SBS Friday-Saturday drama ‘Starting Today, I Am Human, But’ airs at 9:50 p.m. on the 6th (Fri).
