Seo Min-jae SNS

Seo Min-jae, known from Channel A’s ‘Heart Signal 3’ (who later changed her name to Seo Eun-woo), suggested that her conflict with the child’s biological father’s side is still ongoing.

On the 5th, via her social media (SNS), Seo disclosed portions of what appear to be injunction-related documents delivered by the child’s biological father’s side. The documents contend that posts she uploaded to SNS after giving birth were flagged as problematic and could potentially violate the injunction.

According to the disclosed papers, the father’s side argues that although Seo’s posts may seem, on the surface, to share her thoughts after giving birth, they in fact rest on the premise that ‘even after the child’s birth, the other party disappeared without contacting her or has avoided her, leaving Seo solely responsible for the child,’ which they deem inappropriate.

In response, Seo appended a short note expressing her frustration: “Putting aside the fact that there’s still no contact, can’t my baby (0 years old) and I cheer ourselves on?” Earlier, right after giving birth, she had also shared updates such as, “For now, the baby looks a bit like a monkey and also like a steamed bun” “Let’s try to stay strong, just the two of us.”

In May last year, Seo revealed her premarital pregnancy and claimed she had been unable to reach the child’s biological father. During this process, controversy erupted when she disclosed some personal details of Mr. A, whom she identified as the father, and afterwards Mr. A’s side filed a complaint against Seo on charges including violations of the Anti-Stalking Act and the Information and Communications Network Act (defamation), initiating legal action. Seo has denied the allegations and indicated her intention to counter them.

In December last year, about seven months after going public with her premarital pregnancy, Seo said she gave birth to the child on her own. With both sides remaining at odds, the related legal proceedings are still underway.
