Song Ji-hyo hosted the commentary for the film ‘The House of Meetings’.

On the 5th, the YouTube channel ‘Song Ji-hyo JIHYO SSONG’ uploaded a video titled ‘Girl Talk✨What happens when actresses gather ft. film 《The House of Meetings》 commentary (EN)’.

In the video, Song Ji-hyo asked director Cha Jung-yoon when the filming took place. Director Cha recalled, “We worked on it as 2023 turned into 2024, and principal photography began in early January.” Song Ji-hyo said, “It is freezing today; on a day this cold, Hyeri and I shot our first scene at Uijeongbu Prison,” and added, “Not quite to the point of snot, tears, and drool, but it was truly cold.” To this, director Cha said, “Snot, tears, and curses,” drawing laughter.

Addressing actor Yoon Hyeri, Song Ji-hyo complained, “Since we are correctional officers, we really struggle outside, while she is inside Yongajang (home), and here she is in Block 3, Cell 5; only us, really.” Director Cha said, “Yeong-seo also had many street scenes,” referring to child actor Do Yeong-seo, who entered high school this year.

Do Yeong-seo said, “I was cold too. And I was wearing a school uniform.” Song Ji-hyo asked, “You wore thick stockings then; what did I say?” and Do Yeong-seo answered, “That they looked like chicken feet.” The actors burst into laughter at a past remark by Song Ji-hyo. Song Ji-hyo explained, “No, stockings these days are made so well. They were skin-toned, and when she wore them the wrinkles here (behind the knee) folded up very thick. So I said, ‘Hey, you look like chicken feet,’ and it seems that hurt her a bit.”

Do Yeong-seo said, “I was really hurt. I tell everyone wherever I go.” Director Cha added, “She even said it during the GV. She said Aunt Ji-hyo called them chicken feet.” Do Yeong-seo protested, “Not just chicken feet but boneless chicken feet.” Song Ji-hyo said, “While watching the film, I will tell you when they looked like chicken feet.”
