Lee Sung-kyung, Han Ji-hyun, and Oh Ye-ju come together under one roof as a steadfast trio of sisters.

Set to premiere on the 20th at 9:50 p.m., MBC new Friday-Saturday drama ‘In Your Radiant Season’ (planned by Namgoong Seong-woo / written by Jo Sung-hee / directed by Jung Sang-hee and Kim Young-jae / produced by Pan Entertainment) depicts an unpredictable, ‘brilliant’ romance in which a man ‘Chan’, who lives as if every day were summer vacation, and a woman ‘Ran’, who has locked herself in winter, meet as if by fate and awaken frozen time.

In the drama, Lee Sung-kyung, Han Ji-hyun, and Oh Ye-ju portray the Nana Family sisters Song Ha-ran, Song Ha-young, and Song Ha-dam, showing siblings who carry the same wound yet have endured life in their own ways.

The conflicts and moments of solidarity they accumulate while confronting each other in a shared space add depth to a realistic portrayal of sisterhood.

At the center of the trio is the eldest sister, Song Ha-ran. Played by Lee Sung-kyung, Song Ha-ran has confined herself to winter in order to rebuild a life that collapsed in an instant, and she goes on without readily letting anyone get close.

She serves as the pillar that sustains the family balance between grandmother Kim Nana (played by Lee Mi-sook) and her younger sisters, yet at the same time she remains in the deepest isolation.

The burden borne by the eldest daughter for the sake of her family is expected to resonate with many viewers.

Regarding the trio’s chemistry, Lee Sung-kyung said, “Actor Han Ji-hyun is portraying the utterly lovable Ha-young so well that it is astonishing, and I can feel the energy from how comfortably she enjoys herself on set to the point it is hard to tell acting from reality,” and added, “Actor Oh Ye-ju also plays the fresh and clear-cut Ha-dam in a way that makes you inevitably grow fond of her, so I think the three sisters blend well and the distinct charms of each can stand out.”

Han Ji-hyun plays the middle sister, Song Ha-young, a cheerful and forthright character who is responsible for the household atmosphere.

We laugh a lot, yet during emotional scenes we naturally focus, so even while filming my affection for this project keeps growing.”

The youngest, Song Ha-dam, is played by Oh Ye-ju. On the surface she appears the most solid, a top-of-the-class ‘carefree youngest’ who takes care of everything on her own, but this is also her survival strategy to avoid being seen as a ‘pitiful child’.

Oh Ye-ju shared, “When we shoot at Nana House, it really feels like coming home. When I am with Ha-ran and Ha-young, I feel fully armed,” and added, “They truly take great care of me like a real youngest and give me so much love.
