So Yi-hyun explained why she married early.

On the 5th, the KBS 2TV show Problem Child in House featured Kim Seung-soo and So Yi-hyun, lead actors of the drama I Will Prescribe You Love.

Hong Jin-kyung asked why she rushed into marriage when she could have postponed it, and So Yi-hyun said she had known her husband for a long time. After turning thirty, she felt an inexplicable urgency on her own, and although work was going well, she felt as if she were empty inside and needed to do something.

She went on to say that right at the end of the year when she was thirty, he suggested that they date. After three to four months of deliberation, she decided that since they had known each other for so long, if they were going to date, they should just get married.

While most people tried to dissuade her, she said she received encouragement from Kim Hee-ae. Though they were not acquainted, they met at a show; Kim Hee-ae had apparently seen the marriage article and offered congratulations.

So Yi-hyun recalled that Kim Hee-ae told her it was good to marry quickly, have children quickly, and return to work, that she herself had done so, and that it was well done and smart. She said that gave her great strength, expressing her gratitude to Kim Hee-ae.
