Singer Lee Soo-young was involved in a traffic accident.

On the 12th, on CBS Music FM ‘Meet at 12 with Lee Soo-young’, announcer Ha Hyo-jin took the microphone in place of DJ Lee Soo-young.

That day, announcer Ha Hyo-jin said, “Because Lee Soo-young was in a traffic accident, I will be hosting in her place through this weekend” and added, “There is no threat to life, and she returned home safely.”

This is not the first time Lee Soo-young has been in a traffic accident. In 2010, while traveling by car for a radio broadcast, she was involved in a rear-end collision when the car behind struck her. At the time, there were no major external injuries, but she suffered significant psychological shock and even stated, “I quit driving.”

Lee Soo-young has a painful family history, having lost both parents to traffic accidents when she was young. She lost her father in second grade, and at age 20, just before her debut, she lost her mother in a traffic accident.

Meanwhile, Lee Soo-young has been hosting CBS Music FM ‘Meet at 12’ since 2017.
