Singer G-DRAGON earned Circle Chart streaming Platinum certification with ‘HOME SWEET HOME (feat. Taeyang, Daesung)’, once again proving unmatched influence.
On the 12th, according to an announcement from Circle Chart operated by the Korea Music Content Association (KMCA), G-DRAGON track ‘HOME SWEET HOME (feat. Taeyang, Daesung)’ surpassed 100 million cumulative streams and received 1 Platinum certification in the streaming category. This is an indicator that solidified its standing as a ‘steady seller’ whose value grows over time, beyond a one-off buzz.
This 1 Platinum certification adds significance as a follow-up to ranking first in artist-by Circle Index share for the TOP400 in the first half of 2025. G-DRAGON placed a total of 12 songs on the chart and took No. 1 overall with a combined share of 5.2%, numerically proving an overwhelming presence in the market. In addition, in the 2025 Circle Chart year-end overall digital chart tally, ‘HOME SWEET HOME (feat. Taeyang, Daesung)’ ranked in the upper tier with about 490 million Circle Index points, demonstrating broad consumption. With the milestone of 100 million streams added, he has cemented influence in the 2025 music market.

This box office firepower also carried straight into the album's results. The third full-length album ‘Übermensch’, released last February, surpassed 1 million cumulative streams on Melon within four hours of release and entered the ‘Millions Album’ ranks as the fastest record ever for a solo artist. It also reached 4.2 million cumulative streams within 24 hours of release, rewriting the previous solo record, and the title track ‘TOO BAD (feat. Anderson .Paak)’ rose to No. 1 on the Melon Top 100 within one hour of release, showing explosive momentum.
From Circle streaming 1 Platinum, to No. 1 share in the first half, to breaking Melon speed records, G-DRAGON is proving with numbers and records, beyond mere buzz, that he is a ‘legend in progress’.
Meanwhile, from February 6 to 8, G-DRAGON held his first solo fan meeting since debut at KSPO DOME, titled ‘2026 G-DRAGON ‘FAM’ MEETING [FAM+ILY : FAMILY : FAM I LOVE YOU]’, sharing special time with about 40,000 fans. He will then continue fan meetings with meaningful encounters with global fans at PIA ARENA MM in Japan from today (13th) through the 15th, and at BITEC in Thailand on February 21 and 22.
