YouTube channel ‘Lee So Ra’
An irreplaceable artist in the pop scene and a singular queen of sentiment, Lee So-ra has announced plans for deeper communication with fans.
On March 13, Lee So-ra will open her first official YouTube channel since debut, ‘Lee So Ra’, and will present, every Friday, the main program ‘First Spring of Lee So-ra’.
The YouTube program ‘First Spring of Lee So-ra’ will feature a diverse array of guests, including actors, comedians, and singers who have been curious about Lee So-ra, as well as people she has been curious about.
In addition to cheerful yet candid conversations, it plans to include premium live content not seen elsewhere, such as Lee So-ra personally singing songs requested by the guests or performing together with them.
In particular, actor and online content creator Moon Sang-hoon will appear as the first guest.
Anticipation is building for the fresh chemistry between ‘expert’ Moon Sang-hoon, who will introduce Lee So-ra to the world of YouTube, and ‘beginner’ Lee So-ra, who will be learning from him.
‘First Spring of Lee So-ra’ heated up the internet by releasing its first teaser video at 9 p.m. on the 2nd with a radio DJ concept that stirs fans’ nostalgia. This teaser evokes the figure of ‘DJ Lee So-ra’, who for many years comforted countless listeners at night as a radio DJ.
With her signature calm, deeply resonant voice as she reads messages from fans, it faithfully revived the strong nostalgia of her late-night radio days and delivered a moving thrill.
At the end of the video, along with a warm invitation from Lee So-ra, “Please share the time you want to spend together and your stories. I will be waiting,” it announced the date ‘2026.03.13’, building expectations for a new page that Lee So-ra and her fans will create together.
In addition, beyond the YouTube channel, Lee So-ra plans to newly open an official Instagram (@official.esora) to engage even more closely with fans.
Meanwhile, Lee So-ra debuted in 1991 with the jazz vocal group ‘Strange People’ and, with timeless classics such as ‘I Am Happy’, ‘The Wind Blows’, ‘Please’, and ‘To the One Who Does Not Love Me’, has secured her place as a living legend of sentiment in the history of Korean popular music.
She has also earned deep public trust and love through her work as a legendary radio DJ sharing warm empathy, including hosting KBS 2TV ‘Proposal by Lee So-ra’ and MBC FM4U ‘Music City with Lee So-ra’ and ‘Afternoon Discovery with Lee So-ra’, so this new challenge is drawing attention across generations.
Additional teaser videos and updates announcing Lee So-ra’s new beginning can be found on the YouTube channel ‘Lee So Ra‘ and the official Instagram (@official.esora).
