NHN announced on the 3rd that, following its launch on the 25th, the collectible RPG ‘Abyssdia’ reached No. 1 on the Google Play Popular ranking, marking a successful entry into the market.

‘Abyssdia’ is a collectible RPG that depicts the unknown black space ‘Abyss Slit’, which contaminates everything, a ‘Tuner’ who harmonizes the distorted wavelengths of the world to purify objects polluted by the Abyss Slit, and the daily lives and adventures of the ‘Vanguard girls’. After its global launch on the 25th, it captured attention by showcasing uniquely deep lore, a complex storyline around the protagonist Tuner and the Vanguard girls, and a combat system that maximizes strategic enjoyment.

This outcome is seen as the result of an engaging character narrative, a core element of the subculture genre, and highly immersive direction receiving positive reviews among users who prefer collectible RPGs. In particular, quickly reflecting feedback from users in community channels and running communication-focused operations through live broadcasts added momentum to early success.

To celebrate taking the No. 1 spot on the Google Play Popular ranking and to thank users for their support, ‘Abyssdia’ is giving out a surprise gift. All users who log in to the game by March 31 will receive 1,000 Est, the in-game currency.
