Park Bom of 2NE1 stated her position in her own handwriting.

On the 3rd, Park Bom posted to her personal Instagram a note she had written by hand on paper, adding the phrase “To. All citizens.” In the note made public, she began, “I want to deliver the truth to you.”

Park Bom mentioned the medication ‘Adderall’, which had been controversial in the past, saying, “I am troubled that it is known as a psychotropic.” She continued, “It’s not a narcotic… I am an ADHD patient.”

She also left remarks to the effect that “Sandara Park got caught for drugs, and to cover that up they made Park Bom into a drug addict,” and that “YG Entertainment and Yang Hyun-suk, Teddy, and Lee Chae-rin reported to the authorities that Park Bom had used more than the prescribed amount of a drug she had not used at all for nearly 30 years.” Finally, she added, “I am writing because it feels like my soul is crying.”

However, as these claims have not been verified, fans are expressing concern for Park Bom’s health.

Previously, in August last year, Park Bom suspended 2NE1 activities for health reasons. At the time, her agency D-Nation Entertainment stated via its official social media, “We apologize for causing concern with Park Bom’s recent personal social media post,” and, “Park Bom is currently in a very unstable emotional state and urgently needs treatment and rest for recovery.” In response, Park Bom also directly shared an update, saying, “I have been completely fine health-wise from the start.”

Meanwhile, in 2019, her agency explained, “Although expressions such as ‘drug smuggling’ were being used in connection with the 2010 case of bringing ‘Adderall’ into the country via international express mail from the United States, Park Bom clearly did not use narcotics.”
