Actor Lee Hae-young announced a fresh start by signing an exclusive contract with CLN Company.

On the 4th, CLN Company stated, “We have signed an exclusive contract with actor Lee Hae-young, who exudes a powerful presence in every project with his unrivaled charisma and solid acting prowess. We will spare no effort in providing full support so that he can fully demonstrate his capabilities across various fields.”

Having begun acting in 1989 through theater, Lee Hae-young has built a wide-ranging filmography with memorable performances across genres, including the dramas ‘Stranger 2’, the ‘Voice’ series, and the films ‘The Admiral: Roaring Currents’, the ‘Confidential Assignment’ series, and ‘Kingmaker’.

In particular, he left a strong impression as the corrupt police officer Shin Young-jun in the Netflix series ‘The Glory’ and as the legendary knife fighter Hwang Yang-jung in ‘Bloodhounds’, and he is currently receiving significant viewer acclaim for his layered performance in the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Honor : Their Court’.

Along with the news of his exclusive contract, Lee Hae-young has confirmed his appearance in the new SBS drama ‘Seungsan Isseumnida’ (written by Jeong Jin-young and Kim Ui-chan, directed by Kwon Da-som), accelerating his busy slate. ‘Seungsan Isseumnida’ is a comedic legal detective series about a ragtag law firm led by Kwon Baek (played by Lee Je-hoon), a current office manager and former lawyer, that turns unwinnable fights into winnable ones through methods never before seen.

In the series, Lee Hae-young takes on the role of Lee Mu-jin, the head of South Korea's top law firm ‘Mujin’, heralding the birth of another all-time character. Although he is a lawyer with power, influence, and high prestige, he hides a ruthless true nature and is set to engage in a tense battle of wills with Lee Je-hoon, injecting heavy tension into the narrative.

Meanwhile, CLN Company, with which Lee Hae-young signed his exclusive contract, is home to actors Go Kyung-pyo, Kim Mi-kyung, Ryu Deok-hwan, Park Se-young, Seo Young-joo, Son Yeo-eun, Ahn Ji-ho, Yang Jung-ah, Lee Su-mi, and Tang Joon-sang, among others.
