Influencer Seong Baek-Hyeon from ‘Transit Love 4’ candidly opened up about his feelings after the show aired.

On the 3rd, a video titled ‘After Transit Love went public and I was upset, Baek-Hyeon left Korea..’ was posted on the YouTube channel ‘kiu Kiu-ssaem’. In the video, Seong Baek-Hyeon, who appeared on ‘Transit Love 4’, joined as a guest, chatted with Kiu-ssaem, and received a hair styling session.

That day, Kiu-ssaem asked Seong Baek-Hyeon how he felt during the filming of ‘Transit Love 4’. Seong Baek-Hyeon confessed, “You really have to go into that space once. Because you can’t do any outside activities and only focus on filming in there, it felt like the only people left in the world were the people inside. It was my first time having that kind of experience, so it was confusing.”

The filming period was about 18 days. He said he had no idea how it would be edited until it went on air, adding, “I couldn’t even watch it with my friends. For other cast members, their friends were like ‘Were you on that show? I’ll watch. I’m rooting for you,’ but I got just three words: ‘Are you okay?’” He shared an anecdote about being hurt by the public’s reactions after the broadcast.

Seong Baek-Hyeon said, “Even if I wasn’t okay, shouldn’t I say I’m okay? So I said ‘I’m fine’ and got on a plane right away. I left for the United States. The public’s very warm words put me on a plane, so I went to a warm country,” revealing how he felt about the malicious comments.

When Kiu-ssaem asked, “Among what aired, was there a scene where you thought, ‘I want to delete this part’?”, Seong Baek-Hyeon said, “(Now) none,” yet admitted, “While it was airing, I honestly wanted to delete everything.” He added, “I just wished it wouldn’t be shown. But looking back, that was also me. I’ve come to reflect a lot on my rash actions and remarks.”

Seong Baek-Hyeon said, “It seems it was one of my many sides. I have more diverse facets, and doesn’t everyone have multiple sides? I think it’s better to just acknowledge that and show you more of the good sides,” showing a more mature attitude.
