Sandara Park’s social media

Sandara Park, a member of the group 2NE1, directly expressed her position regarding fellow member Park Bom’s abrupt claims.

On the 4th, Sandara Park posted a short message on her social media, “I have never used drugs. I wish her well(I have never used drugs. I wish her well)”. While clearly drawing a line against baseless suspicions, she also added a message expressing concern for Park Bom’s health, drawing attention.

This controversy began with a post Park Bom uploaded to social media the previous day. In the course of expressing her grievance while referring to past drug-related controversy surrounding her, she mentioned Sandara Park. She wrote, “Park Sandara got caught for drugs, and to cover that up, they turned Park Bom into a drug addict,” and, “YG Entertainment and Yang Hyun-suk, Teddy, and Lee Chae-rin reported to the authorities that Park Bom had used, in excess of the proper amount, drugs that had not been used at all for nearly 30 years.”

The post has now been deleted. Nevertheless, the content spread quickly online, and various speculations followed. Some fans left comments on Sandara Park’s social media asking for an explanation.

In response, Sandara Park’s side stated that it was “groundless,” and Sandara Park also personally posted, dismissing the allegations.

Park Bom has previously drawn attention with several abrupt remarks. She raised issues regarding settlements related to her former agency, and some of her remarks also sparked controversy. At the time, the agency stated, “The settlements have already been completed, and Park Bom is currently in an emotionally unstable state and is focusing on treatment and recovery.”
