The idol group Tomorrow X Together (TXT) is opening a new chapter with MOA (fandom name) worldwide.
Tomorrow X Together (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Hueningkai) announced at noon on the 4th via the global superfan platform Weverse that they will hold a comeback showcase for their eighth mini album ‘7TH YEAR: When the Wind Briefly Stopped in the Bramble’. The event will take place at 8 p.m. on April 13, the day the new release comes out, at Korea University Hwajeong Gymnasium.
Tomorrow X Together will unveil the stage for the title track of the new album for the first time and share behind-the-scenes stories from the album production, celebrating the comeback with fans. Online streaming will run in parallel so that those who cannot attend on site can enjoy it. As this is the first comeback since their contract renewal, it is expected to be a meaningful time together with MOA around the world.
The recently released trailer for the new album drew attention with symbolic scenes, including a striking contrast between black-and-white images and fluorescent thorn trees, and a silhouette with the entire body covered in thorns.
Lines from ‘Thorn Tree’ by The Poet and the Village Chief, narrated by the five members, have sparked diverse interpretations and are heating up anticipation for the comeback. As they mark the seventh anniversary of their debut on March 4, attention is focused on the new story they will tell.
Tomorrow X Together will release the eighth mini album ‘7TH YEAR: When the Wind Briefly Stopped in the Bramble’ at 6 p.m. on April 13.
