Actor Oh Seung-hoon Noon Company
Actor Oh Seung-hoon will appear in the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama ‘Climax’, signaling a powerful acting transformation.
‘Climax’(Screenwriter: Lee Ji-won, Shin Ye-seulㅣDirector: Lee Ji-wonㅣPlanned by: KT Studio GenieㅣProduced by: Hive Media Corp, SLL) portrays prosecutor Bang Tae-seop (played by Joo Ji-hoon), who plunges into a cartel to seize the highest power in South Korea, and the fierce survival stories of those around him.
Oh Seung-hoon takes on the role of Choi Ji-ho, a creator who runs a cyber wrecking channel. As he reexamines a murder case from ten years ago involving fallen actor Chu Sang-ah (played by Ha Ji-won), he sets up an extreme standoff with the married couple Bang Tae-seop and Chu Sang-ah. Oh Seung-hoon is expected to maximize the drama’s tension, conveying the persistence of this quick-witted character through a chilling gaze and razor-sharp expressions.
Having made a strong impression as Seo Young-rak in the film ‘Believer 2’, Oh Seung-hoon has showcased solid acting skills and charm across diverse projects, including the dramas ‘Those Who Read the Minds of Evil’, ‘Uncle Samsik’, the variety show ‘Hot-Blooded Basketball Team’, and the play ‘The Effect’. Following recent news of his appearance in the play ‘Orphans’, the announcement of his casting in ‘Climax’ further raises expectations for his active presence across both the small screen and the stage.
‘Climax’, featuring Oh Seung-hoon, will premiere at 10 p.m. on the 16th on ENA and will also be available on Genie TV and Disney+.
