‘Jjanhanhyeong Shin Dong-yeob’ has deleted the episode featuring Lee Jae-ryong, who sparked controversy after fleeing following drunk driving and being apprehended.

The YouTube channel ‘Jjanhanhyeong Shin Dong-yeob’ on the 7th set to private the video uploaded on the 23rd of last month. Titled ‘Fair one-shots→heavy intoxication (feat. yutnori disaster) Lee Jae-ryong Yoon Da-hoon Sung Ji-ru Ahn Jae-wook’, this video appears to have been deleted after controversy arose as Lee Jae-ryong was apprehended by police on suspicion of drunk driving.

According to the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, at around 2 a.m. on the 7th, while driving near Samseong Jungang Station on Subway Line 9 in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Lee Jae-ryong allegedly hit the median strip and fled the scene (including suspicion of failure to take measures after the accident). After causing the crash, he parked his vehicle at his home, then moved to the home of an acquaintance, where he was apprehended by police. His blood alcohol concentration at the time was reportedly at a license-suspension level.

Lee Jae-ryong also had his license revoked after a drunk-driving crash in Gangnam in 2003. In 2019, he received a deferred prosecution from prosecutors on a charge of property damage for toppling and breaking a signboard at a bowling alley in Gangnam while intoxicated.

The video deleted by ‘Jjanhanhyeong Shin Dong-yeob’ included Ahn Jae-wook saying to Lee Jae-ryong, “Among the actors I know, Jae-ryong hyung has the strongest drinking capacity. I have never beaten him, and I have never seen him drunk”.
