20th class Young-sik from “I Am SOLO” revealed that he has broken up with 20th class Hyun-suk, with whom he had been a final couple.
On Thursday the 12th at 10:30 p.m., ENA and SBS Plus will air “I Am SOLO, After That, Love Continues” (hereafter “Nasolsagye”), featuring buzzed-about cast members from “I Am SOLO” setting out to find new love and visiting the “Solo Guesthouse” in Pocheon, Gyeonggi Province.
First, 13th class Sang-cheol checks into the “Solo Guesthouse,” followed by 20th class Young-sik, known as the original “tofu-face” of “Solo Nation,” who appears with an even warmer look. When the producers ask if he seems to have lost a lot of weight compared to two years ago on “I Am SOLO,” 20th class Young-sik says, “I lost about 10 kg through exercise.”
He then calmly confesses about Hyun-suk, with whom he became a final couple in the 20th class, “After the broadcast, we dated in real life, but it wasn’t meant to be, so we broke up.” He adds, “This time, rather than charging straight toward just one person, I think it might be good to get to know several people before deciding. I really want to find my other half in life,” showing a sincere mindset.
Young-cheol from the 27th class, who left a strong impression as a “straightforward romantic,” also comes to the “Solo Guesthouse” in a more dapper style. He says, “There are many participants more handsome than me again this time, so I’m nervous, but ‘experience is the best teacher.’ I’ll work even harder,” revealing firm resolve.

Following the appearance of solo men at a “flower-boy special” level, the women making a second attempt also show up. Among them, 24th class Sun-ja answers the producers’ question about whom she wants to meet at the “Solo Guesthouse” with, “20th class Young-sik!” startling the three MCs Defconn, Kyungri, and Yoon Bomi. As the three MCs, totally immersed, react, “He’s here right now,” 24th class Sun-ja happens to run into 20th class Young-sik as if by fate, the corners of her mouth lifting into a big smile.
Also, in an interview with the producers, 24th class Sun-ja says, “I’m a woman who only knows how to go straightwhat should I do?” ramping up the heart-flutter factor. Whether 24th class Sun-ja can turn her ‘fated moment’ with 20th class Young-sik into romance, and who the ‘veterans’ visiting the new “Solo Guesthouse” are, draws keen interest.
