Actor Ju Ji-hoon revealed his candor.

The fashion magazine Arena Homme Plus said on the 13th that Ju Ji-hoon carried out a cover shoot and interview for the April issue using watch and jewelry pieces from the luxury brand Louis Vuitton. In the pictorial, Ju Ji-hoon struck a variety of poses with eye-catching props.

In the subsequent interview, Ju Ji-hoon explained how his values have changed during his acting career. He said “By watching up close people who have lived longer than me and worked longer, I learned a lot. Especially things like the attitude with which you accept situations on set. Seeing people keep their focus while smoothly getting through situations that could be sensitive broke many of my preconceptions about people. Spending about ten years with such seniors, I naturally learned a lot.”

He also discussed how accepting the gaze of other people has influenced his acting. Ju Ji-hoon said “To understand a character, you ultimately need to accept things. Compared with before, my resistance to accepting that has dropped a lot. The fear of what if I am wrong or what if I look silly when expressing my thoughts has also faded a great deal. Now I comfortably ask even juniors far younger than me. I accept that to other people it can look that way. That is how I have become more flexible.”
