After completing the Singapore concert, singer 10CM decided to issue full ticket refunds on the grounds that the stage’s overall completeness fell short of expectations. It is unusual to carry out full refunds citing the artist’s condition even though the show proceeded normally.
Through an official channel on the 14th, 10CM said, “Due to a sudden decline in throat condition on the day of the concert, we received treatment from local medical staff,” conveying how urgent the situation was at the time. According to the agency, out of the artist’s strong determination to take the stage for the fans who had been waiting, the Singapore concert on the 14th went ahead as planned.
However, immediately after the concert, the agency combined an apology with the drastic step of issuing refunds. 10CM stated, “We deeply apologize for not being able to present a fully realized performance in our best condition to all the fans who came to the venue,” and added, “Full refunds will be provided for this concert.”
This is interpreted as the result of 10CM’s distinctive perfectionism and affection for fans, reflecting the belief that even if a concert is physically completed, presenting a stage the artist cannot deem acceptable is not respectful to the audience.
On online communities and social networking services (SNS), support has been pouring in for this decision. Fans are saying, “We were moved by how they did their best on site, and now they are even offering refunds; it is hard to believe,” and “You can feel the artist’s sincerity.” Industry figures also evaluated it as “a case showing that as the stature of K-pop has risen, artists’ sense of responsibility for the qualitative standard of performances is rising in tandem.”
10CM is currently on the <2026 10CM Asia Tour ‘To 10CM: Chapter 1’>. After stops in Seoul, Busan, and Bangkok, they completed the Singapore concert, and the tour is scheduled to continue through eight cities including Taipei, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Daejeon until May 3.

We would like to provide information regarding refunds for tickets to the 2026 10CM Asia Tour in Singapore performance held today (3/14).
On the day of the concert, due to a sudden decline in throat condition, we received treatment from local medical staff. In line with the artist’s determination to take the stage for the fans who had been looking forward to the show, the performance proceeded as scheduled.
To all the fans who waited for the Singapore concert and came to the venue, we deeply apologize for not being able to present a fully realized performance in the best condition, and full refunds will be provided for this concert.
Going forward, together with medical staff, we will closely check the artist’s condition, put health and safety first, and do our utmost for a swift recovery.
