‘2026 K-Trot Grand Awards’
Set to open a new chapter in the history of Korean trot, the first lineup for ’2026 K-Trot Grand Awards (2026 K-TROT GRAND AWARDS)’ has been unveiled, with a total of eight artists including Jeon Yoo-jin, Ahn Sung-hoon, and Park Seo-jin drawing major attention.
‘2026 K-Trot Grand Awards’ is hosted by Fantics and ConceptK Company and organized by MBC Plus, and it will later reach viewers via the MBC Plus channel. Since the 11th, fans have been casting their precious votes for their favorite artists on the official voting platforms Mubeat, CelebChamp, and Fancast, fueling intense participation from the outset and bringing the cumulative total close to 100,000 votes.
Leading the first lineup is the national trot fairy ‘Jeon Yoo-jin’, whose overwhelming emotion captivates all generations; the ultrafine-voiced ‘Ahn Sung-hoon’, who commands the stage with flawless vocals; and the janggu god ‘Park Seo-jin’, who presents a perfect fusion of dazzling janggu percussion performance and emotive vocals.
Also joining are the refreshing powerhouse vocalist ‘My Jin’ with distinctive stage manners; the genius trot girl ‘Bin Ye-seo’, whose singular momentum lights the future of trot; the skilled trot prince ‘Yang Ji-won’, who carries forward the classic lineage of the genre; the trot beast ‘Chu Hyuk-jin’, combining flashy performance with chameleon-like charm; and the silky, clear-toned ‘Jinuk’, whose deep, rich voice tugs at the hearttogether heralding an unprecedented stage.
In response, the organizers heightened expectations, saying, “The first lineup revealed this time is only the beginning, and the second lineup, featuring top-tier stars currently receiving the hottest support in the Korean trot scene, will deliver thrills and emotion beyond imagination.”
